Shipping and Returns Policy

It is our goal to get you your orders as quickly as we can. Orders are processed in 1 business day and are usually shipped same day or next day.   Generally our manufacturers do ship the same day order is received or following day. Items that Ship directly from the manufacturer may take longer depending on the manufacturer’s product availability and schedule of shipment. Some items are configured to the order and may take several extra days to complete. Orders that ship directly from the manufacturer may be shipped via a different shipping method than the method selected. Mixed manufacturer orders may ship separately from different locations and have separate tracking. Generally our manufacturers do ship the same day order is received or the following day. If you selected expedited shipping and paid a premium for that service and we are unable to provide expedited shipping you will be refunded the difference in shipping costs.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

The vast majority of all orders ship the same business day if ordered before noon PST, otherwise the next business day.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. Freight calculations outside of the US and Canada must be processed manually. Please contact us for shipping quotes. All additional fees, tariff’s and duty are the responsibility of the recipient and will be due upon delivery.

When shipping  items to Canada: We will calculate and charge for the base shipping costs only. Customer is responsible for any duties and taxes due based on the value of the items purchased.

All freight & duty charges on international orders are the responsibility of the customer.

You can also have us ship to a freight forwarder of your choosing.

We will sometimes change shipping method selected if it is determined to be a better choice for time or cost savings for you our customers.

We try and recycle shipping boxes whenever possible. As a part of this practice we will sometimes re-use boxes we have received our inventory in.

Returns Policy for Landscape Lighting Products

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full or partial refund**  less shipping charges.  Special order items may be charged a restocking fee in accordance to the manufacturers policies.  Normal items will typically be refunded at full purchase price.  If the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). We will also refund the shipping charges and also pay the return shipping costs.  This does not apply to blowout sale items or any laser product. All blowout sale items are not returnable unless defective or not as described. Lasers have a 30 day replacement policy. If you have a defective laser product it will be replaced with the same item or a store credit for a similar in stock item will be given if the original item is out of stock.  There are no refunds on Laser products.

All Returned items must be in their original packaging.

** Lightbulbs, Lamps and Modules are not returnable unless defective.

**Effective 06/01/2018 Best Quality Lighting charges a 40% restocking fee on all non defective returns. All returns must be in original pristine packaging.

**Focus Industries charges a 25% restocking fee on standard items and 50% on custom configured products.

**Corona Lighting does not accept returns on Custom made items. No fixture, accessory, or transformer may be returned without prior written authorization, and a “Return Goods Authorization” (RGA) number, issued at the sole discretion of Corona Lighting. The RGA must be requested no more than thirty (30) calendar days from the date of invoice. Otherwise, Corona Lighting cannot issue a RGA number and will not accept the return. Unless the product is defective, the returned product(s) must be in a new and unused condition, packed in their original boxes. These returns are subject to the minumum 30% handling and restocking fee. Corona Lighting reserves the right to issue credit, repair, or replace the defective product, at our option upon receipt of item(s) and written notification of alleged defect by original customer. All custom-made and/or discontinued fixtures and transformers, and/or accessories are NOT returnable. Returns must be shipped to Corona Lighting, at customer’s expense.**Corona Lighting does not accept returns on Custom made items. A 30% restocking fee will be applied on standard in stock items.

**Bistro String Lights, Rope Lights and items cut to custom lengths are not returnable unless defective.

** Vista Modules must be returned in original packaging unopened or are non returnable. All other Vista Items are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

** Laser Lights are non refundable. If defective they may be replaced within 60 days of shipping date.

** Fine art Lamps are all custom made and subject to a 50% restocking fee.

**Unique Lighting Systems products are subject to a 25% restocking fee.

We have to pass these costs along to our customers.

Customer damaged items and items returned in an unsellable condition if accepted for return will be subject to a damage fee of  50% of the original purchase price.

  • Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable. On orders that received free shipping, a minimum fee of $13.95 on orders under $100 and $19.95 on orders over $100 will be deducted from the return.  Freight orders and Large or multi box orders will be charged actual shipping costs.
  • The customer is responsible for all shipping costs related to returning an item unless item was received defective or different from ordered item.
  • For your protection, we recommend you use a delivery service that provides tracking capabilities.
  • To qualify for a refund, all items must be returned in their original saleable condition; including the original packaging, documentation, and accessories

If you need to return an item, contact us. We’ll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we’ve received and processed the returned item.
